• No Data Collection: Our app does not collect any user data or personal information. We do not store any data on servers.

3. Analytics and Tracking

• Third Party Service (Google ML Kit)

  • UniList uses Google ML Kit to provide Speed-to-Text capabilities. To ensure the reliability and performance of these features, the Google ML Kit SDK may collect certain diagnostic information and usage metrics.

    • What is collected: This includes device information (model, OS version), application identifiers, performance metrics (latency/errors), and feature-specific configuration (such as the language selected for transcription).

    • Purpose: This data is used by Google to toubleshoot bugs, maintian the service, and improve the underlying machine learning models.

    • Privacy Note: The telemetry does not include the actual audio recordings or the resulting text transcripts. All speech processing occurs on-device, and your voice data is never sent to Google's servers via this SDK.

• User Control and "off-by-default" Policy

  • No Automatic Collection: Telemetry for Speech-to-Text features are strictly disabled by default.

  • Active Consent: No data is sent to Google until you explicitly enable the "Speech-to-Text" feature within the app settings.

  • Opt-out: You can disable this feature at any time, which will immediately cease any further diagnostic data collection related to this service.

• No Tracking: We do not perform any tracking on users' activities or interactions with our app.

4. Email Communications

• No Email Communication: Our app does not send emails to users.

5. Security and Data Protection

• Data Protection: We take the security and integrity of user data seriously. However, since we do not collect or store any data, there is not risk of data breaches or unauthorized access.
