ListBot User Guide

Lists

Create List

Select the list icon on the bottom right corner.

Quick Add- List Items

Tap on List Name to edit name. You can add multiple items by selecting the "item" button.

Add List

To save, select Add List.

Edit Items

Go to created list and select the individual item to edit. Click on the pencil icon to edit. Make sure to select save to confirm changes.

Emojis

Adding Emojis

Select default emoji on your desired list to prop up the selection of emojis.

Select or Edit Emoji

Use the top bar to jump to emoji categories. When an emoji is selected, the emoji will automatically replace previous emoji.

Priority Levels

Priority Level: Low

Remains on low until due date approaches.

Priority Level: Normal

Raised within 9 days of due date

Priority Level: High

Raised within 6 days of due date

Priority Level: Urgent

Raised within 3 days of due date

Moving Lists

Move item to a Different List

Go into desired list and select task you want to move. Select the list icon located on the top right.

Confirm Move

Use the drop-down menu to find the list you wish to move your item into. Select Move to confirm your selection.

Create Categories

Select the file folder from the bottom right of the main screen to add category.

Add List to a Category

Go into desired list and select file folder located in the top bar. Then, choose the category where you want to add your list.

Planner

Adding Items to Planner from List

Go into a list and select item.Select +P located in the bar. If you want to add to planner, select yes to confirm. To remove item from planner, select -P.

Adding Items Directly to Planner

You can add items directly from planner by selecting the plus button located at the bottom right of the screen. To remove item from planner, slide item to the left.

Routines

Set up Routine

Open your planner; this is the only place you can access routine feature.

Routine feature

Select arrows button located in the top right corner.

Edit Routine

Slide text box to the right to add/edit routine. Slide to the left to delete routine. Press and hold up/down arrow to move items around. Select plus button to add routines.

Settings

Select the "Settings" button located on the top right of the main screen toolbar.

Enable Notifications

Select Priority Notifications to enable notifications.
